Go To Sleep! (Sleep, Bedtime, Baby Formula Issues)

This week we sit down to talk about sleep. It doesn’t matter if you are a new parent dealing with Colic or if the baby is easy, there’s something to talk about. We discuss how to deal with allergic reactions to formulas, emotions as parents, feeding on demand, tag team as parents, day night reversal, co-sleeping, the 5’s of Harvey Karp, and more. We even discuss sleep trainers, cultural differences, the Easy Method, starting the sleep routine and paying attention to signs, some kids needing physical contact or meditation, teen weird ASMR, green light alarm clocks and how to get through! Of course we talk about what it was like when we were younger, now with our own kids and what the supposed experts say. Raising kids truly is a four way game of tug of war, because it’s the three of us and all of you!
