This week we are sitting down to discuss New Year’s Day and those pesky Resolutions. Michael loses his throne as the big bad of Mario Kart with this family! We talk getting ready for New Years night when we were younger. Getting those Growing Up Carmen cards ready because we have Cinnamon Baths! We discuss grapes at midnight, Dim Sum with strangers, freezing at the beach for tossing away negativity, and superpower necklaces. Sara’s husband has a checklist system for his goal setting. We break down those big resolutions into smaller more attainable goals. So toss out those snacks, drink some water, grab those apples, because we are getting ready for our New Years Resolutions!
